ABOUT US
Rewi and Davina have a strong community presence in the central north island, and have provided private rentals and social housing in the area for the past 20 years.
Together their goal is to provide houses that are clean, warm and healthy enough for their own granddaughter to live in. They want to turn houses into homes.
Rewi sources all housing and project manages the renovation projects, while Davina manages Central Housing's relationships with our clients.
Matthew is a chartered accountant and the Managing Director of Gilligan Rowe & Associates (GRA), NZ's leading property accountancy firm.
Matthew is also an active and seasoned property investor with deep knowledge of the property market, investing for over 20 years in Australia, United States and New Zealand property.
Along with Salesh, Matthew manages the corporate side of Central Housing Ltd.
Salesh is a chartered accountant and Business Advisory Director at GRA, where he leads a team of senior chartered accountants. His areas of expertise are accounting, business structures, tax planning, and insolvency issues.
A successful property investor, Salesh holds a large portfolio of houses throughout New Zealand.
Along with Matthew, Salesh manages the corporate side of Central Housing Ltd.

Central Housing's philosophy is to get people into safe, warm, healthy homes where they can establish and grow their families. We purchase houses in all conditions and then carefully renovate them to meet our stringent criteria (including meeting insulation and heating standards) before making them available for social housing.
